Making art is a process – an incomplete process and a journey that may have no end. This is a place for me to document my journey into photography without attachment to an end result or any sense of completion, as I will always view my work as incomplete.

This incomplete-ness gives me the excuse to explore photography with a “beginner’s mind”, to borrow from a Zen concept. I’m also inspired by the graphic designer Bruce Mau, who inspires the idea of an incomplete work that creates a continuous dialogue between the artist and the unknown.

I currently explore photography with a variety of tools ranging from film photography, digital, and the use of vintage lenses. I like to keep my work open ended- open to a variety of interpretation and appreciation. In essence, incomplete.
